Returns and refunds

This page sets out, in one place, how to return shop items and cancel event tickets. The same rules are part of the Terms and conditions.

1. Returning shop items

• If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.
• To ask for a return, send us a message from the Contact us page with your order number and a short description (with a photo if you can).
• Once we've checked it, we'll tell you how to send the item back and arrange a refund or the right item.

2. Event tickets

• You can cancel a ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts.
• After that the ticket price isn't refunded, unless Baziya cancels the event.
• If an event is cancelled, every attendee's ticket price is refunded.

3. Keeping track

You'll see the status of your order or request in your account and get it by SMS. For any question, use the Contact us page or email hello@baziya.ir.
